One Dead In Multi-Vehicle Crash Along Schuylkill Expressway
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- One person is dead after a multi-vehicle crash along the Schuylkill Expressway.
It happened just before 5 a.m. in the eastbound lanes of I-76 at Passyunk Avenue.
Police say four cars were involved in the accident.
One person was taken to the hospital there they were pronounced dead.
No further details were initially made available.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
The accident happened just two hours after another crash between a motorcycle and taxi that killed one person along the Vine Street Expressway.
