Man Found Shot Dead Inside Car With Engine Running In North Philadelphia: Police

PHILADEPHIA (CBS) -- A man is dead after police say he was shot in the neck in North Philadelphia. It happened just after midnight on Wednesday along Hutchinson Street.
Officers found the man slumped over in the driver's seat of a car with the engine still running.
Police say they also discovered a semi-automatic gun and a loaded magazine in another car nearby that was in plain sight.
At this point, it's unclear if it's connected to the shooting.
So far, no arrests have been made.
