Man Dies After Fiery Car Crash In North Philadelphia: Police

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- In North Philadelphia, a man was killed in a fiery car crash Saturday morning on North Broad Street, police say. The wreck happened on the 2700 block of North Broad Street around 8 a.m.
Police say a minivan was heading south on Broad Street when the driver swerved and hit a pole in the median, near North Philadelphia Station.
The minivan burst into flames and trapped the driver inside.
Medics say he was dead when they arrived.
