No TV Required To Watch World Cup Games Live

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - The World Cup gets underway this afternoon, as Croatia takes on host country Brazil at 4pm. This time around, there are more ways than ever to watch the games without a TV.
The US team doesn't take the field until dinner time Monday.
But footy fans who don't want to miss a minute of the rest of the action don't even need a cable subscription -- at least, until the quarterfinals. 56 matches will stream free (in Spanish) on the Univision Deportes app.
You'll have to sign in with your Comcast or Verizon credentials for the WatchESPN app. It offers live streaming of every World Cup contest on a smartphone or tablet -- as well as Apple TV, Roku, Chromecast, and Xbox.
Comcast says it's putting a live feed of the entire tournament on its Xfinity TV Go app in English and Portuguese, with some matches in Korean.
And ESPN Radio's website and app are offering audio play-by-play for each match for no charge.
