New Frog Exhibit Leaps Into Camden's Aquarium

CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) -- Things are really jumping over at the Adventure Aquarium in Camden, as they unveil their newest exhibit.
Called "Frogs: Nature's Messenger," the exhibit gives an up-close-and-personal view of more than 20 different species of frogs and toads.
"We've got a 'frog interactive,' " says Kevin Keppel, the executive director at Adventure Aquarium, "where people can speak into it with their human voice and it will come out what you would sound like if you were a frog. And of course we've got some Frogger video games here as well."
Keppel says they are also displaying some mind-blowing pieces of frog art done by kids in the Camden city school district.
"We provided them with a mold of a frog," says Keppel. "It's actually much bigger than a life-size frog -- it's about two feet across. The classes took the frogs, painted them and decorated them in a way that they wanted to, either to look realistic like a real frog or to tell a story, or just to have fun. So this is really a neat tribute to the imagination and creativity to the kids in the Camden school district," he tells KYW Newsradio.
The exhibit runs until April 22nd before it hops out of town.
There is lots of parking on site, so you don't have to worry about being "toad."
