All Lanes Of Roosevelt Boulevard SB Reopened After Earlier Crash

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A multi-vehicle crash on the Roosevelt Boulevard wreaked havoc during the morning commute Thursday.

The crash happened at about 6:30 a.m. in the southbound lanes of the Boulevard near the Fox Street exit.

Investigators say the crash involved a tanker and at least one other vehicle.

At the height of the crash, all southbound lanes were shut down. At about 7:15 a.m., the right lane was opened. Finally, at about 8 a.m., all lanes were fully re-opened.

It was not immediately known if there were any injuries.

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
