All Lanes Re-Open, Multi-Vehicle Accident Shut Down All SB Lanes On I-95
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – All lanes on I-95 have re-opened after a multi-vehicle accident shut down all Southbound lanes just past Cottman Avenue.

It happened just before 6 a.m. Tuesday morning. The accident shut down all Southbound lanes for about an hour.

Traffic is getting by at a slow pace. The alternates are to take Frankford Avenue or the Boulevard to Harbison Avenue and then get onto I-95.
