Mother, Son Stabbed In Camden
CAMDEN, N.J. (CBS) – Authorities say a mother and her son were both stabbed in the neck in a domestic violence-related incident early Saturday morning in Camden, New Jersey.
This happened around 4:45 a.m. on the 2900 block of Yorkship Road.
Authorities say 30-year-old Jose Flores allegedly used a box cutter to cut the throat of a 37-year-old mother. When her 19-year-old son heard this, he reportedly tried to intervene and Flores then cut him in the neck.
Both suspects were taken to Cooper Hospital where they are in stable condition.
Flores has been charged with two counts of Attempted Murder.
Police are investigating the incident.
