More Than 2 Million People Sign Petition To Change NBA Logo To Silhouette Of Kobe Bryant

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Kobe Bryant's fans are joining together in a quest to honor him in a different way. A petition to change the NBA logo image to a silhouette of Bryant has now gotten more than 2 million signatures.
The current logo is a silhouette of another NBA legend -- former Los Angeles Laker and now NBA executive Jerry West.
West also happens to be the person who orchestrated the draft-day trade in 1996 that brought Bryant to the Lakers.
