Montgomery County Teacher Returns As Co-Host Of 'Live With Kelly'
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Souderton Area High School teacher from Perkasie, Bucks County is back in New York, co-hosting on 'Live with Kelly.'
It's getting to be a habit with Richard Curtis. The winner of the "Live with Kelly and You" contest first appeared on the show in October, was invited back in November, and this week, is back in the co-host chair through Wednesday. Souderton Area High School principal Sam Varano says Curtis really is as charming as he seems.
"Who he is on-air is who he is. That's just Rich Curtis being Rich Curtis," explained Varano. "He's like that every day, all day. Not only is he an amazing teacher at Souderton, he's an incredible ambassador of our school."
But what if Curtis' return engagement is a sign of big things to come?
"Our position is that we try to support people toward achieving their goals," Varano said. "So, yes, he would be difficult to replace, but I hope the best for him."
