CHELTENHAM, Pa. (CBS) -- A Pennsylvania scratch-off ticket worth $1 million was sold in Montgomery county. Chopper 3 flew over H Smoke Shop in Cheltenham, where the winning ticket was purchased for only $20!
The store will receive a $5,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
