Police: Shelter-In-Place Lifted In Monroe Township, 'No Imminent Danger'

MONROE TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) -- Police have lifted a "shelter-in-place" in Monroe Township.

On Tuesday night, Chopper 3 was over the scene of a police presence on the 1800 block of Herbert Boulevard.

All residents were being asked to shelter-in-place.

Around 8:30 p.m., police cleared the area of Herbert Boulevard and said there was "no imminent danger."

Police have not provided any further information.
