Mega Millions Jackpot Soars To $353M
PHILADELPHIA (CBS)— Millions of lottery participants are predicted to play for an estimated $353 million Mega Millions jackpot Friday night.
The prize ranks as the fifth largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.
Two tickets hit five of the numbers in the Tuesday night drawing, but they missed the Mega Ball to fall short of the big jackpot.
The Match 5 winning tickets, each worth $1 million, were sold in Texas and Washington.
Friday's numbers will be drawn at 11 p.m. on Friday, March 14th. The cash option is currently $194 million.
