Mayor Jim Kenney Signs Two Bills That Put Stricter Rules On Vaping Products In Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Mayor Jim Kenney and other Philadelphia officials gathered at City Hall on Wednesday to sign a bill that will crack down on vaping. The new bill will restrict the sale of e-cigarettes in stores where children shop.

Kenney also signed an executive order to make parks and recreation centers smoke and vape free zones.

The changes will take effect in early 2020.
