Mayfair Elementary School In Philadelphia Closed Due To COVID Less Than 2 Weeks After Welcoming Students Back

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia has temporarily closed its first public school this year because of coronavirus cases. Mayfair Elementary will be closed for two weeks starting Thursday because of multiple infections.
The school just reopened for hybrid learning on March 8.
Students will continue to learn remotely while the school is closed.
The teachers' union is demanding the district provide a trackable database that the public can access.
