Man Stabbed, Robbed During Home Invasion In North Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police are investigating a home invasion stabbing and robbery overnight in North Philadelphia.
It happened around 3 a.m. Sunday inside a home along the 700 block of West Erie Avenue in the Hunting Park section of the city.
Police say the 25-year-old home owner was stabbed once in the head. He was rushed to Temple University Hospital in stable condition.
There was no word on what was stolen from the home.
Authorities say the suspect fled the scene wearing a hoodie and jeans, and remains at large.
