Man Convicted Of Using Xbox To Sexually Assault Boys

FREEHOLD, N.J. (AP) — Jurors have convicted a self-proclaimed pedophile in New Jersey of using Xbox to sexually assault boys in three states.

The jury found 28-year-old Greg Wolchesky guilty of aggravated sexual assault and child endangerment by manufacturing child pornography.

Four young men from Massachusetts, North Carolina and Florida testified about what happened when Wolchesky contacted them using the gaming console's message feature to send naked photos and engage in sex acts when they were between 10 and 15 years old.

Wolchesky, who acted as his own attorney, argued the boys consented to the conduct and he was acting out of civil disobedience to advance the cause of pedophilia.

He could face more than 60 years in prison when he's sentenced in March.
