BRYN MAWR, Pa. (CBS) -- The former squash coach at a prestigious private school along the Main Line is headed to jail for violating his parole.

James Civello avoided prison time and was sentenced to five years' probation after he pleaded guilty in 2012 to a misdemeanor charge of corruption of minors for having an affair with a female student.

Cauffman says Civello was ordered not to have any contact with the victim and to undergo treatment and counseling, which she says he failed to do.

She adds that Civello also gave the probation department a false address so he could spend time with the girl, now 20, in the city.
