Lt. Gov. Fetterman, Dr. Oz on the campaign trail making stops in our region

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Democratic U.S. Senate candidate John Fetterman was in Philadelphia Saturday holding his first formal rally since his stroke. Fetterman's Republican opponent, Dr. Mehmet Oz, campaigned at the New Cumberland Apple Festival.

Fetterman was in East Mt. Airy campaigning in front of roughly 600 people. Pennsylvania congressman Dwight Evans joined him.

Fetterman says the only lingering issue about his health is hearing and processing certain words.

Oz, at the New Cumberland Apple Festival, was joined by Pennsylvania state senator Mike Regan.

Oz says he spoke to voters about what they'd like to see happen in Washington.

A recent poll from Muhlenberg College and Morning Call shows Fetterman with a 49 to 44% lead over Oz
