Lots Of Sunshine, Temps Heating Up

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A short weather blog if there ever was one!
Sunshine will continue to rule the sky today as dominant high pressure is in place. Temperatures will begin to warm up as light winds shift out of the southwest.
This will be the story for the next several days, as we begin another stretch of low 90's (and another possible heat wave), starting this weekend.
The humidity will increase as well, but hey, it is August after all.
Other than a popup thunderstorm well to the north and west on Saturday, we expect to stay dry until the start of next week.
