Man Shot In Head, Killed In Logan, Philadelphia Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 20-year-old man was shot and killed in Philadelphia's Logan neighborhood on Saturday night. The shooting happened just before 8 p.m. on the 1700 block of West Ruscomb Street, according to police.
Police said the man was shot one time in his head.
The man was pronounced dead at 8:12 p.m. on the scene.
At this time, police said there are no arrests.
