Leah Still Is Heading Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Leah Still, the daughter of NFL player Devon Still, has been involved in a well documented battle with cancer for the past year. Her father has provided the world with a number of updates on his daughter's condition and the latest news came Friday in the form of an Instagram post.
Leah Still is heading home.
As evident in the video above, Leah and her father enjoyed the news that she could head home on Monday. Still also shared a post on Sunday night to document the final night in the hospital.
Leah's cancer went into remission about two months ago. Shortly after the news, it was revealed that Leah had suffered a setback that required more treatment.
She has spent the last seven weeks at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
