Kiko Alonso Ruled Out For Sunday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Eagles linebacker Kiko Alonso will not play on Sunday, Eagles coach Chip Kelly told reporters on Thursday afternoon.
Alonso suffered left ACL sprain last Sunday against the Cowboys, but the severity is still unknown.
Furthermore, Kelly said running back DeMarco Murray "tweaked" his hamstring during Wednesday's practice and will sit out on Thursday. Murray's status for Sunday will be determined on Friday and Saturday.
Linebacker Mychal Kendricks injured his hamstring in Week 2, and Kelly said the Eagles, "still don't know" Kendricks' status.
Defensive lineman Cedric Thorton will miss Sunday's game with a broken hand.
