Katz JCC In Cherry Hill Gets $1 Million In Security Funding

PHILADELPHIA (CBS)--Security took center stage today at the Katz Jewish Community Center in Cherry Hill.

Congressman Donald Norcross and New Jersey's Director of Homeland Security announced $1 million in grant money for religious institutions and non-profits in South Jersey.

The Katz Jewish Center faced threats in February!

The grant money can be used for a variety of things, including installing security systems or physical barriers to prevent hate and terror attacks.
