Justin Bieber Coming To Philadelphia In August As Part Of 'Changes Tour'

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Justin Bieber is coming to Philadelphia this summer! The music superstar will be performing at Lincoln Financial Field on Aug. 1 as part of his "Changes Tour."
The tour kicks off May 14 in Seattle and will make stops in Las Vegas, Chicago, and Miami, among many others.
Tickets for the tour are set to go on sale on Feb. 14 at 12 p.m. local time on Bieber's website.
