Joe Biden's Lead Over President Trump In Pennsylvania Slipping, Monmouth Poll Shows

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Joe Biden's lead over President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania is slipping, according to a new Monmouth University poll. Biden holds a four-point lead among registered voters.
President Trump was trailing Biden by 13 points in July.
The poll shows that over the past six weeks, men, voters under age 50 and voters in key swing counties have shifted from Biden to Trump.
