Bucks County Contractor, Jeffrey Lukens, Facing Indecent Assault Charges For Allegedly Inappropriately Touching Minor

BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- A Bucks County contractor is facing indecent assault and other charges for allegedly inappropriately touching an 11-year-old boy. Jeffrey Lukens, 61, was hired to remove bees from the basement of the boy's Newtown Township home in September.
The criminal complaint alleges that Lukens asked the boy to help with the project, and then massaged the boy's thighs and took photos of his body.
