PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Investigators are asking for the public's help to identify the victim in a fatal hit-and-run Sunday.
The victim was riding a gray Huffy mountain bike and carrying a pink and black backpack filled with gym clothes. Around 1 p.m. Sunday afternoon, investigators say a car struck him along the 4000 block of North 2nd Street near Luzerne Street.
Investigators describe the victim as 5'-9", 153 pounds with several tattoos on each bicep. He was wearing a blue Nike T-shirt and gray sweatpants.
Police have questioned a woman in connection to the hit-and-run. She was later released, but authorities say their investigation is ongoing.
