Hot Days, Cool Park

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- You can count on the middle of August to be muggy and miserable.

So where do you go on these hot days? How about a cool park?

That's exactly what CBS3's Vittoria Woodill is doing.

She spent the afternoon chilling at the Spruce Street Harbor Park along the Delaware River.

The park features ice cream in a battleship, fountains where you can dip your toes into cool water, giant games
of chess and a boardwalk full of arcades and food and beer concessions.

Listen to music and watch circus performers on weekends.

The park is free and open seven days a week.
