Hit And Run Victim Dragged By Car In Glassboro, New Jersey

GLASSBORO, N.J. (CBS) --- A man was hit by a car and then dragged down the street in Glassboro, New Jersey. Police are now searching for the driver who left the scene.
The victim is now recovering from wounds to his head at the hospital.
Police say the man was hit and dragged several feet by the car around 1:20am Tuesday on the 600 block of Quincy Court.
Authorities say the man was out for a walk when he was struck, causing head injuries.
Police say they will release more information later on Tuesday.
