Governor Chris Christie Shows Off Sweet Tooth At Sweet 16

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Following the Fighting Irish's thrilling victory Friday night at the Wells Fargo Center over the University of Wisconsin, pictures of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie eating M&Ms went viral. The governor was spotted courtside at the Notre Dame - Wisconsin 'sweet 16' match-up where his daughter is a team manager.

Following the nail biting finish, fans took to Twitter bashing and defending the governor.

Following the first match up, University of North Carolina advanced to the round of eight by beating University of Indiana 101-86.
