Gas Leak Forces Evacuations In Burlington County
BORDENTOWN, NJ (CBS) – Crews in South Jersey responded to a ruptured gas line in Burlington County, NJ.
The call reportedly came in at 1:36 p.m. about a ruptured PSE&G pipe on a construction site along Route 130 near Burlington Road in Bordentown.
Three buildings in the nearby Bradford Pointe apartment complex were evacuated, and Route 130 at Burlington Road was reportedly shut down.
Around 4:30 p.m., officials announced the situation was placed under control and the roadway reopened.
