So Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and Clarifi, a non-profit community resource devoted to lifelong financial literacy, are presenting a free seminar to parents with high school students. During the workshop, Clarifi will discuss ways to minimize college debt, true college costs, and understanding financial aid options.
