PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – A Philadelphia principal held up his end of the bargain with his students on Friday. Fox Chase School principal Rob Caroselli had his head shaved and it was all for good attendance.
According to Caroselli, over 96 percent of the students were in school and on time for the 2019 PSSA testing.
