Former Philadelphia Police Lt. Richard Frank Sentenced For Sexually Abusing 11-Year-Old Girl

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A former Philadelphia police lieutenant is heading to prison for sexually abusing a child in Bucks County. A judge sentenced 51-year-old Richard Frank on Tuesday to just under two years in prison.
Frank was convicted of sexually assaulting an 11-year-old girl several years ago.
Frank had been a Philadelphia police officer since 1999.
Once he's released from prison, Frank will have to register as a sex offender.
