Flyers Skate With Bruins In Boston Tonight
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After losing last night at home to the Dallas Stars, the Flyers will be back in action tonight, visiting the Boston Bruins.
Last night's 2-1 loss dropped the Flyers to 2-2-1 on the young season. The Flyers have yet to win on the road, going 0-1-1 in their first two games away from the Center.
Michal Neuvirth will get the start in net tonight for the Flyers. He has been outstanding so far this season, logging back-to-back shutouts in his first two starts. He kicked away 31 shots in a 1-0 win over Florida on October 12th and then made 30 saves in a 3-0 win over Chicago on October 14th.
The Flyers need to get the offense going. They have scored just eight goals so far this season.
The Bruins are off to a 2-3-0 start. They last played on Saturday when they won in Arizona over the Coyotes, 5-3.
