Flooding Blocking Left Lane On I-95 At Betsy Ross Bridge

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – The rain that moved through earlier left some flooding on I-95 at the Betsy Ross Bridge.

Both the northbound and southbound lanes are affected by the flooding.

There are huge puddles blocking the left lane.

Be careful if you are heading in that direction.
