PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It was a fiery scene in Philadelphia Thursday night after a transformer exploded. Firefighters were called in to battle the flames at 34th and Spruce Streets in University City.
The fire department says a transformer gave out and a nearby pile of railroad ties ignited.
