Fire Rips Through Home In West Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Authorities are investigating the cause of a house fire in West Philadelphia.

Flames broke out around 3:30 a.m. Saturday a home along the 5500 block of Walnut Street in the Cobbs Creek section of the city.

Authorities say everyone inside the residence was able to get out safely.

There was no immediate word on the extent of the damage to the home.
