Fire Burning 200 Acres In Wharton State Forest

WATERFORD Twp., NJ (CBS/AP) -- Firefighters are battling flames that have burned more than 200 acres of New Jersey's Wharton State Forest.

The fire is currently burning with 35 percent containment, according to the New Jersey Forest Fire Service.

Investigators are on the scene trying to determine what caused the fire.

The New Jersey Forest Fire Service says wind conditions are making the fire hard to fully contain.

At this time, officials say the fire is posing no danger to the community or any homes.
