Fire Breaks Out Inside North Philly Home

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Firefighters battled a blaze that broke out inside a home in Philadelphia Monday morning.

The fire started at about 7:45 a.m. inside a home in the 1300 block of N. 28th Street in North Philadelphia.

When firefighters arrived, they encountered heavy smoke and flames billowing from the home.

There were no immediate reports of any injuries.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
