FBI agent shoots person while serving search warrant in Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- An FBI agent shot someone while serving a search warrant in Philadelphia's Tioga neighborhood Friday afternoon, the agency told CBS News Philadelphia. The shooting happened near 17th and West Venango Streets.
According to a statement from the FBI, agents were attempting to arrest someone and serve a search warrant at a residence when a shooting broke out.
The person was wounded and taken to a hospital.

Earlier we saw FBI agents collecting a pair of black crocs and putting them into brown bags.

CBS News Philadelphia saw agents dressed in military-style uniforms Friday in the area, along with what appeared to be an armored vehicle. We also saw investigators collecting evidence in bags, going door to door to speak with neighbors, and a crew in white hazmat suits.
We spoke with one neighbor who watched as officials arrived on the scene.
"I was in my house and I heard two shots. I came out. I see FBI going up the street, coming down the street with long guns," one person said. "Next thing I know, the police showed up and pointed us off the area."

We're still working to find out the identity of the person who was shot and to learn what the FBI was looking for.
The agency's Inspection Division is investigating the shooting.
