2 Charged In Fatal Shooting At Burlington County Apartment Complex
EDGEWATER PARK TOWNSHIP, N.J. (CBS) — Two people are under arrest in connection with a deadly shooting at an apartment in Burlington County.
The incident happened at 4 p.m. inside the Edgewater Manor Apartments on Elm Street in Edgewater Park Township, New Jersey.
Authorities say Shane Davis, 19, has been charged with the first degree murder of 26-year-old David Dibraccio, a former resident of Vineland.
Davis was also charged with second degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, and second degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose.
Investigators say Davis and 19-year-old Jada Coley, got into a fight with Dibraccio inside the apartment of the victim's girlfriend.
Authorities say Coley has also been charged with third degree Aggravated Assault, third degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose and fourth degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
Police say Coley struck the victim with a shovel before Davis shot him.
Officials say Davis and Coley will be scheduled for a first appearance in Superior Court in Mount Holly.
