Fans Calling For Foles, When Healthy
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- Foles! No, Sanchez! No, Foles! Back and forth we go as the quarterback controversy continues in Philadelphia.
After Mark Sanchez's 96 yard passing performance in a 24-14 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday, fans are clamoring for the return of Nick Foles. When asked on the 94WIP Mike & Ike Show which quarterback gives the Eagles a better chance to make a playoff run, 85% of fans chose Foles over Sanchez.
Foles, who has been out since the Eagles' Week 9 game against the Houston Texans with a broken clavicle, is scheduled to have his second follow-up examine this week.
The Eagles are 5-2 when Foles plays the majority of snaps, and 4-2 with Sanchez at the helm.
