Family Hopes Reward Money Helps Shed Light on Whereabouts of Missing Bucks County Teacher

By Brad Segall

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- It's been nearly two weeks since an award-winning technology teacher in Bucks County went missing in Philadelphia, and his family is now hoping reward money will help find him.

The Citizens Crime Commission of the Delaware Valley is now handling the $9,000 reward that's being offered for information on the whereabouts of Christopher Tully.

The 40-year-old, South Philadelphia father was last seen in the early morning hours of January 6th, near the off-ramp of the Schuylkill Expressway westbound, near the Ridge Avenue and Lincoln Drive exit ramps.  He was last seen walking toward City Avenue.

Tully reportedly suffers from bipolar disorder.  He is a teacher at the Middle Bucks Institute of Technology, in Warwick, Pa.

Philadelphia police over the last two weeks, supplemented with K-9 crews, have turned up nothing.

Flyers with Tully's picture and information have been posted throughout the Philadelphia region.
