Facebook Adds Live Broadcasting Feature
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Forget about status updates, Facebook wants to let you show your friends what is going on in real time.
It is adding a new feature to share a live video stream.
This is similar to what you can already do on Periscope or Meerkat, but you do not need a separate app for it.
If you miss a live broadcast, you can watch it on your timeline.
Facebook is slowly rolling out the feature. So far, there is no word on when it will be available for everyone.
