WATCH: Elmwood Park Zoo Names New Linnaeus Sloth
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The results are in! The Elmwood Park Zoo asked the public to vote for a name for their new Linnaeus Sloth, and she finally has a name!
The choices were Banana, Liana, Panda, Penelope, and Vida.
With nearly 6,000 votes, the public voted for "Liana."
Our sloth has a name!The time has finally come to reveal the name of our female baby sloth! Nearly 6,000 people voted for their favorite out of the five names on our shortlist. If you missed your chance to vote, the choices were Banana, Liana, Panda, Penelope, and Vida. Watch the video below for the big reveal!
