Eagles Fans Conflicted After Five Games, Blame McCoy For Offensive Woes

By Andrew Porter

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --- The Eagles have won 11 of their last 13 regular season games, including seven consecutive victories at Lincoln Financial Field. Chip Kelly has won 14 of the 21 regular season games he has coached in the NFL.

"Chip Kelly isn't winning because of his system, he is winning because he is lucky," a caller on SportsRadio 94WIP said Monday on the 94WIP Mike & Ike Show.

The Eagles are 4-1, but to be fair, Kelly's Birds have been far from dominant in their first five games on 2014. Offensively, the Eagles have only been in the endzone twice in their last two games, while QB Nick Foles and star RB LeSean McCoy are struggling mightily.

On Monday morning, Chip Kelly told Angelo Cataldi and the 94WIP Morning Show he felt "conflicted" after the Eagles' 34-28 scary win over the Rams. Eagles fans agree.

The 94WIP Morning Show used their Audio Roadshow Poll question to ask fans how they felt after five games. 51% said they were happy, while 49% were "not impressed so far."

Furthermore, the 94WIP Mike & Ike Show asked who is most to blame for the Eagles' offensive problems: Chip Kelly, Nick Foles, or LeSean McCoy. The plurality of fans chose McCoy, who is averaging just 2.9 yards per carry so far this season.
