Officials: Drone Used In Search For Bear Spotted In Delco
BRYN MAWR, Pa. (CBS) - Radnor Township officials say they've used a drone and infrared cameras to search for the bear that was spotted near an elementary school earlier this week.
But they say there has been no sign of the bear since it was last seen near Ithan Elementary School on Tuesday.
That day, the sighting prompted the school to go into a lockdown and to cancel outside activities.
The bear was also spotted in Saint Davids last weekend.
Radnor Township says it will keep the community posted if there are any additional sightings.
