Driver Of Car That Collided With Bus In Princeton Now Facing Charges

PRINCETON, NJ (CBS) – Police say the driver of a BMW that struck a school bus in Princeton is now facing charges.

The accident happened Tuesday on Route 206 north of Hutchinson Drive.

As the bus was bringing students home from school, it collided with a white BMW driven by 26-year-old Justin Thomas of Morris Plains, NJ.

Thomas is now facing charges of one count of careless driving and one count of failure to keep right related to the crash, which injured three people, including one student, who were on the bus.
